Which celebs do you dislike most?

Some of those people he is talking about helping are children who didn't ask to wake up with cancer or a rare sickness and yes they do need help, all the things St. Judes does for children are if I'm not mistaken completely from donations.

Let's see UM Hurricane Club or St. Judes, now that choice is just ridiculous. I know it is your personal choice and that is fine and none of my business but I know which one I would choose.

to me it isnt ridiculous.........i have a choice to make donations......not an obligation, social or otherwise

I take it you don't have kids because if you did, your outlook on that would drastically change.

no i dont have kids......i have no desire to have kids

even if i did......i would provide for my kids......nobody elses

that isnt my [censored] job

as a parent your job is to provide for your kids........having kids doesnt make it a requirement to suddenly provide for everybody elses kids as well just because you may have more money than they do

You just don't get it and until you have kids you won't understand. I agree you provide for your own kids and you shouldn't have to provide for other peoples families. But we aren't talking about people who are just too lazy to get off their couch and provide for their kids, we are talking about kids with rare diseases and cancer in which St. Jude's provides everything for these families when they have to be in the hospital. We are talking about families that have to drop everything they are doing, including their jobs to help their child and donating money to St. Judes to help in these efforts is a worthy cause.

You seem to think that St. Judes is a place for children to get help when they are sick because their families are poor, that is not the case. St Judes needs help funding things for these families to make their stay as comfortable as possible because they have up and left everything they know to help their child, but again, until you have kids you wouldn't understand.

im well aware of what they do.......that doesnt change anything

get a job with good benefits and your kid wont need to rely on the donations of others for medical care

So true.
Even families with hard working parents with supposed "good" insurance and steady jobs can lose everything because one member of the family has fallen ill with a life threatening or chronic illness.

It could happen to any of us. I know of some examples myself.
